This 18-hour course that incorporates a mixed-model educational experience unique to 5 Tool Sport. This is a 1+ day event that is meant to establish a fully-comprehensive approach to the throwing athlete. Clinicians will be empowered with the tools necessary to evaluate and treat overhead athletes of all ages, genders, and skill levels. The course will cover special considerations for rehabilitation of the throwing athlete including regional demands, sport-specific exercise prescription, an in-depth primer on throwing/hitting analysis, return-to-sport criteria, and the implementation of high-quality interval training programs.
Day 1: Live webinar (8-9 hours) with interactive didactic presentations, video demonstrations, live Q&A with field experts, and special case presentations
Modules: Following the webinar, there learner will be guided through advanced throwing analysis with personalized feedback, live-evaluation demonstration with feedback, and case-study intensives targeted at developing an entire plan-of-care from beginning to end for the throwing athlete.
Upon completion, learners will complete an examination and are provided credit when they achieve a passing score.
Approved for 18.0 CEU/CCU by BOC and TPTA
